A week after a Tennessee family was found murdered and an infant abandoned nearly 40 miles away, authorities have captured the fugitive wanted in connection with the case, as reported by The New York Post.
Austin Drummond, 28, was arrested Tuesday morning in Jackson, Tennessee, following a week-long manhunt.

Drummond is facing a total of ten criminal charges, including four counts of first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, and unlawful possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
The victims in the case have been identified as 21-year-old Matthew Wilson, 20-year-old Adrianna Williams, 15-year-old Braydon Williams, and 38-year-old Cortney Rose. All four were found dead last week in Tiptonville, Tennessee, a rural town in Lake County.

In a disturbing turn, a baby girl—believed to be connected to the victims—was found alive but abandoned in the front yard of a stranger’s home approximately 40 miles away from the crime scene.
The infant was reportedly unharmed and is now in the custody of child protective services.
Drummond, a convicted felon, had been on the run since the killings. Law enforcement agencies from multiple jurisdictions coordinated in the search, using tips from the public and surveillance technology to track his movements.
Officials have not released a motive for the killings. The investigation remains ongoing, and Drummond is expected to appear in court later this week to face formal charges.
