Biden will expound on these proposed initiatives during a speech on Monday at the LBJ Presidential Library, marking the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, the official commented. The president has also laid out his reform aspirations in an editorial published on Monday morning.

Expressing his extensive experience with the Supreme Court, Biden highlighted his involvement with numerous nominations while serving as a U.S. senator and as vice president. "What is happening now is not normal, and it undermines the public’s confidence in the court’s decisions, including those impacting personal freedoms. We now stand in a breach," he emphasized in the op-ed, published in the Washington Post.
