In a recent episode of "The Kardashians," Kourtney Kardashian didn't hold back on discussing her postpartum concerns, this time shifting the focus from baby weight to her vaginal health. While many might raise an eyebrow at the reality star’s intimate revelations, her apprehensions about her nether regions may not be entirely unfounded.
Kardashian candidly expressed her desire to shed 10 pounds post-pregnancy, but her primary worry centered on the well-being of her vagina, stating that it could 'fall out' (her words, not ours). She emphasized her cautious approach to physical activities, steering clear of anything too strenuous out of concern for keeping her anatomy "intact."

To avert such a predicament, the mother of four, who also has three other children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, shifted her focus to activities like Pilates and walking, striving to fortify her pelvic floor and minimize any risks.

As fate would have it, Kourtney did go into labor on October 31, but the newest addition to their family made his grand entrance into the world in the wee hours of November 1.
