A bombshell lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court alleges that FS1 host Joy Taylor engaged in sexual relationships with former NFL player Emmanuel Acho and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon to advance her career.

The lawsuit, brought by hairstylist Noushin Faraji, also accuses Taylor of fabricating sexual misconduct claims against Dixon as part of a scheme to protect her position at the network.

According to the court filing, Taylor allegedly leveraged her relationships with Dixon, Fox Sportsโ€™ Executive Vice President of Content, and Acho, her co-host on FS1โ€™s Speak, to secure prominent roles at the network.

The lawsuit claims that in May 2016, Faraji observed Taylor and Dixon interacting in a manner that suggested a romantic relationship, despite both being married at the time.

Taylor, who was a fill-in host at the time, was later given a full-time position at Dixonโ€™s insistence, overriding the objections of fellow FS1 host Skip Bayless.

โ€œMr. Bayless later disclosed to Ms. Faraji that he did not want Ms. Taylor on the show, but Mr. Dixon was adamant that Ms. Taylor should star,โ€ the lawsuit states.

Taylorโ€™s husband, Richard Giannotti, allegedly discovered evidence of her relationship with Dixon, leading to their divorce later that year.

The lawsuit also alleges that Taylor used her relationship with Acho to secure a spot on his program in 2020.

Faraji claims Taylor admitted to sleeping with both Dixon and Acho simultaneously and dismissed concerns about potential backlash.

โ€œMs. Taylor told [Faraji] not to worry about it,โ€ the lawsuit states. โ€œShe explained that she was also now powerful, and once Mr. Dixon was no longer useful to her, she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her.โ€

The lawsuit includes allegations of sexual harassment against other prominent figures at FS1.

Bayless is accused of offering Faraji $1.5 million for sex, while Dixon is accused of groping her during an incident at work.

Faraji also alleges that Taylor dismissed her complaints about these incidents, telling her to โ€œget over it.โ€

Fox Sports released a brief statement acknowledging the allegations. โ€œWe take these allegations seriously and will allow the legal process to run its course. We have no further comment at this time,โ€ the network said.

Taylor, Bayless, and Dixon have not publicly commented on the lawsuit, and their legal representatives have not yet filed responses.

Acho has also remained silent but has deleted a social media post in which he praised Taylor for her professionalism.

The lawsuit highlights alleged workplace issues at FS1, including claims of sexual battery, retaliation, and a hostile work environment spanning from 2012 to 2024.

The case also raises questions about power dynamics and professional advancement in the media industry.

Taylor, now 37, has not responded to the allegations. She was previously engaged to former NBA player and coach Earl Watson, though the relationship has since ended.

The lawsuit is expected to proceed in Los Angeles Superior Court, where it could have significant implications for FS1 and the individuals involved.
