Three Palestinian illegal aliens with potential ties to terrorist organizations were detained by border agents after illegally crossing the southern border earlier this month, alarming federal law enforcement sources.
To make matters worse, one of the migrants possessed “salacious photos” on their phone, including a picture of a masked man brandishing an AK-47 rifle.

In a concerning development, federal authorities apprehended another migrant from Turkey who was also suspected of having connections to terror groups.
All of these migrants were part of a larger group who surrendered themselves to border agents in the San Diego sector.
An ongoing investigation into the migrants is underway, with the group being transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for further processing.
The FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force has been called in to delve deeper into their potential security threats.
Director Wray previously stated that he considers the southern border to be a massive security threat. I’m deeply concerned about those we’ve allowed into our country. This incident underscores the continuous flow of potential security risks entering the US via the southern border, particularly in the San Diego area.
Overwhelmed Border Patrol agents have voiced their frustration, citing a lack of tools and resources needed to thoroughly vet migrants from various parts of the world.
Border agents are limited in their vetting process due to their access being confined to US terror watchlists and American resources, with no access to international criminal or terror databases.
The gaps in information sharing were highlighted by an anonymous border agent who expressed regret over the vulnerability of the border, lamenting, “I wanted to get into Border Patrol and protect from terrorists. And it’s like, well, I probably let terrorists in the country.”
The Biden-Harris administration’s recently implemented policies, which offer loopholes for migrants to request asylum, have further complicated the situation at the border.
San Diego, in particular, has become a magnet for migrants from countries that refuse deportees, allowing them to exploit asylum system access.
The surge in migrants from various parts of the world, including regions notorious for ISIS recruitment, has caused concern among border agents.
The influx of migrants, coupled with the challenges of identifying potential security threats, continues to pose a significant risk to national security.
Against the backdrop of escalating border security threats, the Department of Homeland Security has intensified efforts to intercept migrants with terror ties.
With the number of terror watchlisted individuals caught at the southern border steadily increasing in recent years, border agents are on high alert for potential security risks.
