The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office and federal authorities continue their active search for Decker, who is believed to possess extensive survival skills due to his military background.
Law enforcement agencies have cautioned that Decker may be capable of evading capture for extended periods in remote or rugged terrain.
Decker has been charged with three counts of murder and kidnapping in the deaths of his daughters. A federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution has also been filed.
