The Trump for President 2024 Campaign Office and the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee headquarters in Ashburn, Virginia was burglarized on August 11, 2024, and the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is seeking the suspect behind the break-in.

LCSO deputies were informed of the burglary at about 9 pm yesterday, and the investigation is currently underway.

The LCSO has video surveillance footage of the suspect, who was wearing dark clothing and a dark cap, and carrying a backpack when he entered the location. The suspect is a white adult male.

Sheriff Mike Chapman noted that such incidents are rare, saying, "It is rare to have the office of any political campaign or party broken into.”

Chapman reaffirmed the LCSO's commitment to identifying the perpetrator, discerning the cause for the crime, and determining any items that may have been taken or left behind.
