Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight passed away at the age of 25 on July 19.
The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office has scheduled her autopsy.
The Guns N' Roses star described Knight as "an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul" and requested privacy for the family during this difficult time. The rockstar also canceled four upcoming dates of his solo S.E.R.P.E.N.T Tour due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding Knight's death.

Knight died at a private residence, but no further details about her death were provided.
Following Knight's death, a selfie of her was posted to her social media with a message three hours after the announcement by the Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Slash, on Sunday evening.
In the photo, Knight is seen staring away from the camera with a serious look on her face. Some followers speculated that she may have scheduled the post before her passing.

Knight was the daughter of Slash’s long-time partner, Meegan Hodges, and her ex, Mark Knight. Slash and Hodges share two children, London and Cash Hudson, while the guitarist was previously married to Perla Ferrar, with whom he shares two sons.

WAKE UP young people. When you’re DEAD, you’re GONE. It’s NOT a solution to your angst. Yes it’s sad, but HOPING she found peace is absolutely crazy. FIND PEACE by working through your issues. Stop allowing others to tell you what to say and have courage to LIVE by your own, unique set of expectations. It sounds like this young woman felt guilty that her family had money and allowed others to make that guilt worse. She is, tragically, no longer in this world and it didn’t have to be this way.
Thanks for the education Rose! You might be interested to know what the bible says, “he who choses life over death is dead already!”. This world belongs to Satan and Satan is the father of those preferring this world and all that’s in it! Additionally, we are now in the age the bible clarifies we will be compelled to serve the beast, having his mark in our hand or forehead. I will not throw pearls to swine by explaining how this relates to US FEEDING the beast by contributing to the system. I say, God bless this young soul and have mercy on her. She may very well have fought a struggle against the beast without knowing THAT was the source of her pain at all. Don’t worry, only the flesh dies and she confirmed that she has a soul, and the soul never dies. Americans should ask themselves why so many young people are turning out like her. her picture is a true reflection of what the USA, (i won’t say America because America ceased to exist when it broke away from the British Empire) is and has become, like her, a nation without any direction.
