WNBA's Brittney Griner has announced that she and her wife, Cherelle, welcomed their first child on July 8.
The news came out during an interview with Griner on the "She Knows Sports" podcast. She expressed her excitement at becoming a parent, saying, "That's my man. He is amazing. They say as soon as you see him, everything you thought mattered just goes out the window. And that's literally what happens."

Despite becoming a new mom, Griner is getting ready to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Griner referred to herself as "Pops" and said, "Kind of sucks, I got to leave. But at the same time, he will understand.... My whole phone has turned into him now."

So why doesn’t Griner play in men’s basketball instead of women’s bball?? Because as hard as she may try to become a man she will always be a woman and cannot compete in mens ball. These poor babies they will grow up as messed up as the people that brought them into this world.
