According to TMZ, Gregory’s sister tragically confirmed that the former actor was found deceased in his car at a Chase bank parking lot in Peoria, Arizona, on June 13. It is believed that he fell asleep in his vehicle after depositing residual checks on June 12 and perished due to vehicular heatstroke, with temperatures hitting 109 degrees in the area, as reported by People. This incident also claimed the life of Gregory’s loyal service dog, Hans.

A glimpse into Gregory’s struggles was revealed by his family, who disclosed that he battled with depression, bipolar disorder, and a sleep disorder that often kept him awake for extended periods.

In a heartfelt Facebook post, his cousin, Camille Jazzy Jenkins, paid tribute to him, expressing the family’s deep sorrow and emphasizing the exceptional loss they have experienced. Jenkins also requested prayers for Gregory’s sister, brother, and parents, acknowledging the challenging time they are enduring.
