Joe Biden's candidacy has been under scrutiny ever since the Thursday night debate last week, which has led many to question the President's mental and physical health, and now a recent revelation has added fuel to the fire. In a recent meeting with Democrat governors, Biden let slip that he had a medical check-up just a few days after last week's debate debacle.

According to Politico, three people with knowledge of the Wednesday night meeting said that when one of the governors asked how Biden was feeling, he responded by saying that he had just received a check-up from a doctor and that everything was fine. This apparently happened a few days after the debate due to a cold he was suffering from at that time.

CBS News' Weijia Jiang says she got confirmation from a White House official that Joe Biden had received a medical check-up days after the debate for his cold. However, earlier that same day, Jean Pierre had told reporters that Joe Biden had not seen a doctor since his last physical in February, leading to speculation and concerns about the President's health.

Adding to the confusion and frustration, Jean Pierre had lashed out at Fox News reporter, Jacqui Heinrich after being questioned about Biden's recent poor debate performance, blaming jet lag and a cold for his apparent incompetence.
