A video captured by Morel depicts the man, donning a black Adidas shirt and baseball cap, directing expletive-laden insults at the mother and her children and blaming them for the delay. The situation escalated when the mother's teenage son confronted the man, leading to a heated exchange. The video also shows the mother intervening to protect her son.
Following the commotion, another passenger offered to hold the baby for the duration of the flight, and the mother accepted the assistance.
