During his performance at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver on Sunday, June 30, Rick Ross played Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss track “Not Like Us.” The song continued to play as Ross left the stage, and he was confronted by a group of individuals reportedly displeased with his choice of song in Drake’s home country.

 

A physical altercation ensued, leading to a brawl between the group and Ross’ associates. The altercation lasted for several minutes, resulting in one of Ross’ associates being knocked unconscious and requiring assistance to be removed from the scene.

Prior to this incident, Drake had dissed Ross on his track “Push Ups,” to which Ross responded with implications in his song “Champagne Moments” about Drake getting a nose job.
