Luke Wilson has officially joined the ranks of Hollywood dads.

The actor, 54, and his girlfriend, Kendall Yates, 24, recently welcomed their first child together, Page Six confirmed [1].

The pair were spotted holding their newborn daughter in a carrier during an event celebrating Wilson’s upcoming Netflix series, “The Hawk,” at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California.

Sources told the outlet that the couple proudly introduced their baby girl to attendees and fellow actors at the star-studded gathering.

A representative for Wilson did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The “Legally Blonde” and “Old School” star had previously expressed his desire to start a family, telling People in 2007, “I don’t have a girlfriend, but I wouldn’t mind one. I definitely want [kids] at some point.”

Wilson’s wish has now come true, marking a joyful milestone in both his personal and professional life.

Before their public debut as new parents, Wilson and Yates were last photographed in April taking a walk along the beach.

At that time, Yates dressed casually in an oversized white T-shirt, while the actor wore a blue hoodie and tan hat, as seen in photos obtained by People.

The couple has kept their relationship largely private since they began dating, with the earliest public sightings tracing back to January 2023.

They were first photographed that month enjoying a relaxed walk on the beach with Wilson’s dog, bundled up in jackets and long sleeves while sipping coffee.

Later that same January, Wilson and Yates were seen at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica before heading to the actor’s home, signaling a growing bond between them.

Their romance appeared to be thriving by December 2023, when the two were spotted strolling their dogs by a Los Angeles beach on Christmas Eve.

In 2024, the couple began stepping out for more public appearances, attending an after-party celebrating the premiere of Wilson’s film “Horizon: An American Saga — Chapter 1” in June.

For that event, Yates wore a white plunging dress with her hair styled in an updo, while Wilson opted for a blue button-down shirt, navy slacks, and a matching tie.

Now, with their baby girl’s arrival, the pair have taken another major step forward — this time into parenthood.

The low-key couple, who have preferred to keep their romance out of the spotlight, seemed content sharing their new joy quietly among closer circles.

Their joyful appearance at “The Hawk” event marked both a personal celebration and a professional one for Wilson, aligning his newest role with one of the biggest moments of his life.
