An alleged nurse in Ohio is facing widespread backlash after posting a graphic and disturbing video targeting White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and her upcoming childbirth, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

The video, which has circulated widely on social media, shows a woman identified online as an Ohio nurse making explicit and violent comments about Leavitt’s pregnancy.

According to reporting by The Gateway Pundit, Leavitt announced in December that she is expecting a baby girl in May 2026. The child will be her second.

In the video, the woman begins by acknowledging Leavitt’s pregnancy before launching into a graphic monologue.

“My wish for Karoline Leavitt, she is pregnant with a baby girl,” the woman says in the clip, “and I truly do hope that baby is so healthy. I hope she is healthy and headstrong.”

She then escalates her remarks with explicit and disturbing language describing severe physical injury during childbirth.

“So headstrong, in fact, that as she is emerging into this world, through her (censored for vulgarity) that she tears her from bow to fu**ing stern. Grade four tear,” the woman says.

The speaker concludes the video with an additional remark that many viewers described as deeply disturbing and inappropriate, particularly given her alleged profession in the medical field.

The video has prompted widespread condemnation across social media platforms, with critics pointing to the ethical standards expected of healthcare professionals.

In theory, nurses are guided by longstanding ethical principles commonly associated with the “Nightingale Pledge,” a statement outlining professional duties and responsibilities.

While versions of the pledge have evolved over time, its core emphasis remains centered on patient care, ethical conduct, and the avoidance of harm.

A modern version of the pledge includes commitments such as adherence to the nursing profession’s code of ethics, cooperation with medical colleagues, faithfully carrying out assigned duties, and refraining from “anything evil or malicious.”

It also includes a pledge not to knowingly administer harmful drugs, assist in malpractice, or disclose confidential information obtained in the course of professional work.

The pledge further states:

“And I pledge myself to do all in my power to raise the standards and prestige of the practical nursing; May my life be devoted to service and to the high ideals of the nursing profession.”

In response to the video, numerous commentators and healthcare workers have called for an investigation into the woman’s professional status.

Online users have demanded that relevant licensing authorities review the incident, with some calling for her nursing license to be revoked if she is confirmed to be a licensed nurse.

As of now, no public confirmation has been released by Ohio licensing boards regarding the woman’s identity or employment status. There has also been no public response from Leavitt addressing the video.

The incident has fueled broader discussion about professional conduct, online behavior, and the expectations placed on individuals who hold positions of trust within the healthcare system.
