Minnesota Governor Tim Walz responded Friday morning after President Donald Trump referred to him as “seriously retarded” in a Thanksgiving post shared on Truth Social.
Walz replied on X with a brief message that read, “Release the MRI results,” attaching a screenshot of Trump’s post, as reported [1] by the Independent Journal Review.

In his Thanksgiving message, President Trump wrote that “hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia are completely taking over the once great State of Minnesota.”
Trump added that Somali gangs were “roving the streets” and seeking “prey,” while residents remained inside their homes.
“As an example, hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia are completely taking over the once great State of Minnesota. Somalian gangs are roving the streets looking for ‘prey’ as our wonderful people stay locked in their apartments and houses hoping against hope that they will be left alone,” Trump wrote.

Trump’s comments [6] came shortly after two National Guard members were shot by an Afghan national in Washington, D.C. The victims were identified as Sarah Beckstrom and Andrew Wolfe.
Beckstrom died from her injuries, and Wolfe remains in critical condition.
Later in the day, Trump addressed questions about his recent medical evaluation. “I have no idea what they analyzed,” Trump said, adding that the outcome was “outstanding” and “as good a result as they’ve ever seen.”
