Keith Olbermann Launches Rant Against Trump Officials After Deleted Jennings Threats [WATCH]

Former MSNBC and ESPN host Keith Olbermann lashed out at multiple Trump administration officials Tuesday in a series of social media posts, just hours after deleting earlier remarks that appeared to threaten [1] CNN political contributor Scott Jennings, as reported [2] by The New York Post.

In a string of posts on X, Olbermann targeted Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Trump’s border czar Tom Homan. Sharing a video of Rubio discussing President Trump’s address at the United Nations, Olbermann wrote: “Ladies and gentlemen, @marcorubio, political prostitute.”

In another post, Olbermann mocked Homan by writing, “Homan literally has the word ‘ho’ in his name,” while railing against the immigration official.

The attacks followed backlash over Olbermann’s earlier deleted post directed at Jennings, who had criticized ABC’s decision to reinstate late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. Kimmel was suspended after making offensive remarks about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

“You’re next motherf**ker,” Olbermann had posted in response to Jennings before later deleting the comment.

The posts drew renewed criticism of Olbermann’s online behavior, which in recent years has included inflammatory comments toward political figures and media personalities.

Jennings, a senior political commentator for CNN and former adviser to President George W. Bush, had written that Kimmel’s suspension was justified by his employer, describing the comedian as “an insensitive pr*ck” in his own post on X.

So basically his employer suspended him for being an insensitive prick, and we don’t live in an authoritarian regime? Got it. https://t.co/Z4j98MhbR6 [7]

Olbermann’s attacks on Trump officials come amid heightened tensions following Kirk’s assassination, which has already fueled public debate over political rhetoric and media responsibility.

The decision by ABC to reinstate Kimmel without requiring an apology has further stirred reactions among affiliates and commentators.

Olbermann, 65, has not publicly addressed the deleted post directed at Jennings. His renewed social media attacks on Rubio and Homan, however, remain visible as of Tuesday evening.

The latest online exchange highlights continuing clashes between high-profile media personalities and Trump administration officials, with Olbermann maintaining a prominent role in political commentary despite his past departures from major networks.
