A homeless man was arrested early Monday after allegedly attacking two strangers in separate incidents inside New York City’s Central Park, including one victim who had part of his ear bitten during the assault, according to police, as reported [1] by The New York Post.
Authorities identified the suspect as 27-year-old David Luciano. Police said the attacks occurred within a 30-minute span in different sections of the park.
Another day, another savage act in a city gone mad.
Random violence is the new norm, and the victims are just collateral damage.
This isn’t just crime; it’s a symptom of a society unraveling.
Where’s the outrage? Where’s the accountability?

The first incident took place around 1:20 a.m. on West Drive near 62nd Street, where Luciano allegedly approached an 18-year-old man and began choking him. Police said he then punched and kicked the victim before fleeing north inside the park.
About 30 minutes later, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Luciano allegedly attacked a second victim, a 37-year-old man, on West Drive near 93rd Street. Police said Luciano used the same method, choking the man before throwing him to the ground and biting his ear.
