Several House Republicans are drafting articles of impeachment against federal judges who have issued rulings blocking key policies of President Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
The lawmakers argue that these judges are overstepping their authority and interfering with the administration’s ability to execute its agenda.
Momentum is growing rapidly to impeach activist judges who repeatedly fail to follow the law https://t.co/rZxUR6YadW

Among the rulings under scrutiny is a federal judge’s decision to block Trump’s executive order restricting transgender care for minors, as well as another ruling that halted the administration’s plan to restructure the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) by placing 2,200 employees on administrative leave.
Additionally, a judge ruled against DOGE’s efforts to access Treasury Department payment records, a move Musk and his agency argue is necessary for identifying government waste.
Arizona Republican Rep. Eli Crane is leading efforts to impeach U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer, who temporarily barred DOGE from obtaining Treasury payment records.

Speaking on former Rep. Matt Gaetz’s One America News Network program, Crane stated, “Our case for impeaching Judge Engelmayer is basically that he’s an activist judge trying to stop the Trump administration from executing their, you know, Article 2 powers to make sure that the laws are faithfully executed.”
Last night, I joined @mattgaetz to discuss articles of impeachment filed against partisan judges by @Rep_Clyde and myself.

Meanwhile, Georgia Rep. Andrew Clyde has announced that he is drafting articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr. for halting Trump’s attempts to freeze federal funding.
In a post on X, Clyde wrote, “I’m drafting articles of impeachment for U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr. He’s a partisan activist weaponizing our judicial system to stop President Trump’s funding freeze on woke and wasteful government spending. We must end this abusive overreach.”

Impeach this activist posing as a judge!
Such a person does great discredit to the American justice system. https://t.co/wGmzi2ApRV

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who chairs the House Oversight Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency, has voiced support for Crane’s efforts.
While she has not explicitly stated that she is preparing articles of impeachment, Greene has pledged to hold Engelmayer accountable during upcoming subcommittee hearings.
The House of Representatives holds the authority to introduce articles of impeachment against federal judges, presidents, and other officials.
However, removal from office requires a Senate conviction with a two-thirds majority vote.
Currently, Republicans hold 53 seats in the Senate, making removal an uphill battle unless additional votes are secured.
As House Republicans move forward with impeachment efforts, the battle between the administration and the judiciary over executive authority is expected to intensify.

His job is to be a judge to enforce the laws on the book and follow their guidelines BLINDLY. He is not a social worker OR their parent. His ego has gotten the best of him and he is in the wrong profession.
His motto–“Will Betray For Money” or undeserved power. A legal prostitute!
This is where SCOTUS needs to get off their ass and set up guidelines and review some of these blatantly un-Constitutional stop orders from these Commie judges. They need to be more pro-active in setting parameters of lower court decisions that affect Presidential authority. They waited too long on the entire ‘Get Trump’ agenda which was openly un-Constitutional. A lot of damage is being done to America by waiting for these cases to ‘filter up’ through the slow judicial process. ‘We the People’ don’t have the luxury of time to wait years for a SCOTUS decision.
read above comment by Tim. IT is We the People that can fire, whom WE fund. We the People are the employer AND the real BOSS !
Sadly, the current Supreme Court is comprised of slugs that dispense “The Finest Justice Money Can Buy” No adherance to the Constitutional, nor the Bill of Rights.”Law For Money” trolls on the court.
section 6 paragraph 3 of constitution. “judges hold office only during times of “good behavior”. IT is We the People that determine IF they are behaving, or not. YOU’RE FIRED (no pension, no retirement)
