A monumental bronze statue of President-elect Donald Trump, set to be a key feature of his second inauguration, is nearing completion in a Pennsylvania workshop.
The statue, which stands two stories tall, is designed to depict Trump in a defiant stance, a symbol of the strength his supporters associate with his political career and personal resilience.

The project, privately funded by donors, aims to honor Trump’s perseverance, especially in light of the assassination attempt during a campaign stop in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July.
This incident, where an armed individual attempted to kill Trump, became a rallying cry for his supporters, reinforcing the determination they admire in him.
According to reports, the $PATRIOT cryptocurrency project commissioned the statue, which is being created by renowned Ohio-based sculptor Alan Cottrill.
Cottrill, whose previous works include a statue of Thomas Edison, has crafted over 400 life-sized or larger bronze statues across the U.S. The Trump statue, he says, is the largest and most ambitious project he has undertaken.
“The Patriot Statue of Donald J. Trump was our largest and most controversial undertaking, especially considering the scale and relevance of the event in Butler that took place,” Cottrill told Breitbart News.
To create the statue, Cottrill first shapes a clay model, which serves as the blueprint for the final piece.
The model is then used to form the bronze segments, which are welded together and polished to achieve a seamless finish.
Dustin Stockton, a key figure in the project, stated that the statue is expected to be completed by the New Year.
“The statue had to be Trumpian. It had to be larger than life and over the top,” Stockton explained.
He also revealed that discussions are underway with several members of the Inaugural Committee regarding the unveiling of the statue at the inauguration.
Following the unveiling, the statue will go on a nationwide tour for a year, transported on an 18-wheeler equipped with a crane.
After its tour, the statue is slated to be placed in Butler, with plans to eventually install it at the Trump Presidential Library.

Stockton reflected on the significance of the project, stating, “It’s been one hell of a ride the last decade; the PATRIOT project, statue, and tour is our way of claiming how these incredible times are remembered by history.”
The final location for the statue in Butler is still to be determined.
While the Butler Farm Show grounds, the site of the attempted assassination, has been suggested, the decision ultimately lies with the board of directors of the privately owned Farm Show grounds.
In a conversation with Breitbart, Butler County Board of Commissioner Vice Chair Kim Geyer explained that the county has no authority over the land and that the decision will be made by the board.
In addition to the large statue, Cottrill is also creating ten smaller, 18-inch-tall bronze statues of Trump in the same pose.
These “Patriot Awards” will honor key contributors to the Make America Great Again movement. Each statue is priced at approximately $3,000.
The project continues to draw attention from Trump’s supporters, who view it as a fitting tribute to a leader who has faced numerous challenges throughout his career, both in the political arena and personally.
The statue, which will soon become a prominent piece of American history, serves as a reminder of the impact Trump has had on his supporters and the country at large.
