At Taylor Swift’s[1] Miami Gardens concert over the weekend, a Donald Trump supporter sent a clear message from the skies, trolling the singer with a flyover banner.
As reported by MSN[2], the banner, trailing behind a small plane, read, “Trump 2024 – Ready For It, Cat Lady? MAGA!”—a playful jab at Swift using the title of her 2017 hit “…Ready For It?”

The spectacle took place before Swift hit the stage at the Hard Rock Stadium for the second night of her North American “Era’s Tour” leg.
Swift, who has built a reputation for her liberal views, made headlines earlier this year when she threw her support behind Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming 2024 election.
In a social media post, Swift stated, “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.”
She expressed admiration for Harris, describing her as a “steady-handed, gifted leader” who could bring calm leadership to the nation.
Swift signed off her statement as “Childless Cat Lady,” which raised eyebrows and sparked [6]conversation.
This phrase seems to reference a past comment by JD Vance, Trump’s running mate. The left is attempting to stir up controversy over the comment again this election cycle, but it underscores the cultural divide and ongoing debate over traditional values versus more liberal lifestyles.
During Swift’s three Florida performances, local Democrats partnered with the “Swifties for Kamala” group to boost voter turnout for Harris.
The Florida Democratic Party sees Swift as a powerful force to rally voters. “She holds immense power to get out the vote,” said party spokesperson Eden Giagnorio, as reported by Politico.
Taylor Swift performs at Nissan Stadium in Nashville , Tenn., Friday, May 5, 2023.
The hope, according to Giagnorio, is that Swift’s influence will help connect voters with the political issues at stake in 2024.
It seems the battle for the White House has even made its way into Swift’s concerts, where Trump supporters and Democrats[22] alike are seizing opportunities to make their political points.
While Swift[23] uses her platform to promote liberal causes, it’s clear that her concerts are now a stage for more than just music.
