At a town hall meeting in Folsom, Pennsylvania, Musk stated, “I can’t emphasize enough that Pennsylvania is, I think, the linchpin in this election. This election, I think, is going to decide the fate of America, and along with the fate of America, the fate of Western civilization.”

Musk indicated that he plans to participate in “probably half a dozen” events across the state in the final weeks leading up to the election, underlining the urgency of voter registration.

During his remarks, Musk stressed the upcoming voter registration deadline, urging attendees to register and to encourage their families and friends to do the same by the following Monday. “The next, basically, three days are essential,” he added. “I think we see that this election will be decided in Pennsylvania by, it could be 10,000 votes, it could be 1,000 votes, it could be 10 votes. It could be some very tiny number, so every incremental person is a huge difference.”

Musk’s campaign efforts coincide with a growing sense of urgency among conservative voters, particularly in light of recent polling and political dynamics.

In a separate segment during the town hall, Musk addressed a question regarding the idea of a “shadow government” behind the Biden-Harris administration.

When asked if he believed such a government existed, Musk replied, “I mean, well, let me put it this way: it's not Biden. We know that for a fact, OK? The dude barely has two functional neurons. So, you know, it just seems like he’s at the beach, so he's obviously not in charge.”

Musk further commented on Biden’s low poll numbers, suggesting that there are unseen forces at play in the administration. “When the polls started going low on Biden, he kept saying he was staying in the race. But then I guess the real powers that be told him he’s not.”

When pressed for details on who might be behind Biden, Musk expressed curiosity. “I’m just as curious as you are,” he said. Musk also noted, “It is, as far as I can determine, that there isn’t any one sort of puppet master. It’s more like there are a thousand or -- I don’t know -- a lot.” He added, “But it would be interesting to see the crossover between the Epstein client list and Kamala’s puppet masters. Ha ha ha. Mhm, I bet there are a lot of names that appear on both lists.”
