A wild brawl broke out at a Panera Bread in Glendale, Colorado, on Tuesday when a customer went on a rampage, throwing items and assaulting others inside the restaurant.

The situation escalated to the point where a Panera worker was forced to intervene by hitting the aggressive customer with a pan, according to videos and reports.

The incident began when the customer, later identified as Isaac Ross, started knocking items off the counter and demanding a phone from the Panera staff.

Footage captured by a witness, Natalie Wiersma, shows the man yelling at employees and causing chaos, shouting, “Give me the f—ing phone!”

Despite the staff’s insistence that they didn’t have his phone, Ross continued his tirade, becoming more violent and aggressive.

Several bystanders attempted to deescalate the situation, but Ross ignored their pleas.

In the video, a male customer is heard telling Ross, “Hey, come on, grow up, stop it, get out of here.”

However, this only seemed to agitate Ross further. He responded by directing a racial slur at the man before continuing to hurl items at the staff behind the counter.

At one point, a bystander tried to physically intervene by pushing Ross, but Ross quickly retaliated, knocking the good Samaritan to the ground and attacking him.

As the situation spiraled out of control, a second bystander joined the fray and helped restrain Ross.

During the struggle, a Panera Bread worker wearing a green apron grabbed a long bread pan and struck Ross multiple times in an effort to stop the attack.

“My personal hero,” Wiersma said, referring to the Panera employee who used the pan. “That I think was very effective.”

The Glendale Police Department confirmed that one person sustained minor injuries during the incident. Ross, the suspect, fled the scene after the altercation but later returned to the same Panera location, where he caused another disturbance.

In the second incident, Ross allegedly assaulted an at-risk male victim, who required medical attention for minor injuries.

Authorities are now searching for Ross and have asked the public to provide any information that could lead to his arrest. Glendale Police noted that Ross has been involved in multiple violent outbursts and is considered a danger to the public.

The video of the incident, which has since gone viral, shows the intense confrontation and the Panera worker’s quick thinking in trying to protect customers and staff from further harm.
