The agent, who was from the Atlanta Field Office, was discovered breastfeeding in a room designated for Secret Service use only, along with two family members.
This occurred a mere five minutes before Trump’s scheduled arrival.
The room, which was intended for "official work," was accessed by the agent and her family after bypassing the Uniformed Division checkpoint.

Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi stated that the incident did not impact the security of the event. “All employees of the U.S. Secret Service are held to the highest standards,” Guglielmi said. “While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined. Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further.”
This incident comes just over a month after an attempted assassination of Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where he was shot in the ear.
The shooting led to criticism of the Secret Service’s preparedness, eventually resulting in the resignation of former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle on July 23, under mounting external pressure.
