The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has pinpointed 39-year-old Toby Shane Kessler as the suspect behind the recent break-in at Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign office in Ashburn, Virginia. The office, doubling as the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee’s headquarters, was forcibly entered by Kessler on August 11, as captured by surveillance cameras, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

The footage shows Kessler gaining access through a back door, though it's still unclear if he managed to take anything. However, the LCSO has wasted no time in issuing a warrant for Kessler’s arrest on burglary charges under Virginia Code § 18.2-91, which covers unlawful entry with intent to commit larceny or other felonies.

In a press release, the LCSO confirmed that Kessler, who has no fixed address, is wanted for the burglary at Trump’s campaign office. The Sheriff’s Office is now coordinating with other law enforcement agencies to track down Kessler, urging the public to remain vigilant. The suspect, a white male, was last seen wearing dark clothing, a dark cap, and carrying a backpack.

Adding to the alarm, Kessler’s criminal past, revealed by user Freedom Piper, showcases a pattern of repeat offenses, spanning nearly a decade. His record is a troubling testament to the failures in the justice system, with Kessler often released only to re-offend shortly afterward.

This laundry list of crimes paints a clear picture: Kessler is no stranger to the law, yet the justice system has continually failed to keep him off the streets. The ongoing investigation into the Ashburn break-in will hopefully lead to his swift apprehension.
