Two female tourists from Mexico were pushed onto the train tracks of the Delancey Street/Essex Street Station early Monday morning.
NYPD and sources confirmed that the incident happened past 2:15 a.m. on the northbound F platform.
The victims, aged 20 and 27, were pulled to safety from the tracks by a bystander's quick thinking.

The NYPD officers present at the station apprehended the female perpetrator immediately, and she was taken into custody.
The women were rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where they were treated for minor injuries.
The Mexican tourists were on vacation at the time of the attack, as per law enforcement sources.
The investigation into the unprovoked attack continues, and the authorities have not revealed any information about the suspect or the motive behind the attack.
