In Taylor County, Texas, an illegal alien by the name of Roberto Javier Toruno-Cruz has been taken into police custody and charged with child sexual assault offenses.

The allegations against Toruno-Cruz arose in March when the mother of a 14-year-old girl found disturbing videos on her daughter's phone.

Moreover, the victim herself was interviewed, revealing that she had met Toruno-Cruz at a party earlier in the year and had been subjected to his assaults, which he filmed.

The girl described multiple instances of abuse at the hands of Toruno-Cruz.
