Two New York City Police officers were injured in a shooting incident that took place in Lower Manhattan on Thursday afternoon, according to police sources.
The incident occurred at Delancey Street and Eldridge Street. Police sources revealed that the officers were responding to a potential gunpoint robbery in Chinatown, which escalated into a foot pursuit.
