Minnesota Vikings cornerback Khyree Jackson, a 24-year-old fourth-round pick in the 2024 NFL draft, tragically passed away on Saturday.
According to James Crepea of The Oregonian, Jackson’s agent and his former high school coach confirmed the heartbreaking news. Oregon Coach Dan Lanning also verified Jackson’s death in a post on X.

Jackson, originally from Maryland, had an impressive college career, playing for Oregon in 2023 after two seasons with Alabama. The Vikings saw his potential and drafted him in the fourth round of the 2024 draft.
