The ongoing conflict in Gaza has exacerbated food scarcity, with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) maintaining a presence. While international aid organizations and foreign governments have attempted to provide food aid to Gaza, the United Nations has highlighted the need for over 500 daily truckloads of assistance to address the local population’s requirements.
Notably, this comes shortly after Biden’s administration announced [11] it is dismantling its failed ‘Gaza Pier’ due to weather and security problems.
President Volodymyr Zelensky affirmed in June that Ukraine acknowledges [12] the statehood of both Israel and Palestine.
