Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight passed away at the age of 25 on July 19.

The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office has scheduled her autopsy.

The Guns N’ Roses star described Knight as “an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul” and requested privacy for the family during this difficult time. The rockstar also canceled four upcoming dates of his solo S.E.R.P.E.N.T Tour due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding Knight’s death.

Knight died at a private residence, but no further details about her death were provided.

Following Knight’s death, a selfie of her was posted to her social media with a message three hours after the announcement by the Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Slash, on Sunday evening.

In the photo, Knight is seen staring away from the camera with a serious look on her face. Some followers speculated that she may have scheduled the post before her passing.

Knight was the daughter of Slash’s long-time partner, Meegan Hodges, and her ex, Mark Knight. Slash and Hodges share two children, London and Cash Hudson, while the guitarist was previously married to Perla Ferrar, with whom he shares two sons.
