Rep. Nancy Mace Demands Kamala Remove Biden With The 25th Amendment

Republican Rep., Nancy Mace of South Carolina, is proposing a resolution that Vice President Kamala Harris should invoke the 25th Amendment to assume the role of acting president if President Joe Biden is unable to seek reelection due to cognitive issues.

In a recent post on X (Twitter), Mace emphasized that if Joe Biden lacks the cognitive ability to run for reelection, he should not be able to complete his term.

“If he doesn’t resign, Kamala should invoke the 25th Amendment,” Mace asserted, highlighting the need for consistency in addressing such concerns.

If Joe Biden does not have the cognitive ability to seek reelection, he does not have the cognitive ability to serve the remainder of his term. Having clinched victory in the Republican primary for the state’s 1st Congressional District, Mace announced her intention to introduce a resolution urging Vice President Kamala Harris to convene the Cabinet and declare Joe Biden “incapable” of fulfilling his duties.

The resolution aims for Harris to step in as acting president in such a scenario.

The forthcoming resolution points out the long-standing observations by the American public regarding Biden’s cognitive decline, asserting his inability to carry out the responsibilities of his office effectively.

It is scheduled for introduction as early as today to address these pressing concerns.
