A parolee with an extensive criminal record has been apprehended and charged following the discovery of a young woman’s lifeless body in New York City.
The victim, 31-year-old Yazmeen Williams, was found fatally shot, wrapped in a sleeping bag, and callously discarded next to a heap of refuse on East 27th St. in Manhattan.
The suspect in question, Chad Irish, 55, already out on parole for a previous robbery in the Bronx, has been hit with charges including concealment of a human corpse, criminal possession of a weapon, and menacing. Despite his extensive rap sheet, Irish has not yet faced homicide charges in connection with Williams’ death. The community was shaken when news broke that Irish had been brought in for questioning regarding Williams’ murder. Dozens of enraged locals confronted the parolee, reflecting the intensity of emotions surrounding this incident.
