It is now being reported the man who committed the shooting in Florence, Kentucky, earlier this week was a convicted child rapist who could have been behind bars if not for Judge Kathleen Lape giving just 30 days for a parole violation instead of the 5-year sentence she could have given him.

Florence, Kentucky, in the early hours of Saturday as a shooting incident resulted in the deaths of at least four individuals, including the suspect, according to reports from the Florence Police Department.
The shooting unfolded around 3 a.m. at a residence on Ridgecrest Drive, prompting a swift response from law enforcement following reports of an active shooter in the area.
Upon arrival at the scene, authorities discovered the lifeless bodies of four individuals and several others sustaining injuries from the violent encounter.
The suspect, allegedly responsible for the fatal shooting, attempted to flee the scene in a vehicle, initiating a frantic police pursuit. However, the chase came to a sudden halt as the suspect crashed his vehicle into a ditch on Dale Heimbrock Way, located near Hicks Pike.
Subsequently, law enforcement found the suspect with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save his life, he succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a nearby hospital.
The Florence Police Department has assured the public that there is no ongoing threat to safety.

Sue the Judge for 100 million dollars and put it in front of a jury.
One of the things that needs to change in this Country is the protection that judges enjoy from prosecution for their bad decisions. The Judge should serve the sentence that would be imposed on the criminal since she decided to give his a break, repeatedly. Judges do this because they don’t care if something happens.
1)every child rapist should be executed the day they are found guilty if it is proven 100% that they are guilty.
2)any body who releases someone from jail or prison and that person commits a felony who ever released him should be charged along with him.
3) liberalism should be made a crime.
