Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden participated in a series of pre-recorded radio interviews with black-owned Philly-based radio station WURD and Wisconsin-based WAUK to regroup after his widely criticized debate performance.

Following the debate, these interviews, featuring discussions about his campaign strategy and reflections on his time as the Vice President under Barack Obama, were aired on Thursday morning.

Here's What They're Not Telling You About Your Retirement

Biden encountered a stumble during his conversation with Andrea Lawful-Sanders when he attempted to praise his running mate Kamala Harris and his tenure as the Vice President. "And by the way, I'm proud to be – as I've said – the first Vice President – first black woman to serve with a black president," Biden stated.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Wisconsin-based host Earl Ingram on WAUK, Biden acknowledged his mistakes during the recent debate. "I'm proud to be running for reelection as a president who's made his promises, and I've kept them," Biden conveyed to Earl Ingram. He then openly admitted, "I had a bad night. A bad night. I screwed up," but emphasized that "90 minutes on stage does not erase what I've done for 3.5 years."
