Historic French Cathedral’s Spire On Fire In Northern France City Of Rouen [VIDEOS]

Today, a fire broke out at Notre Dame Cathedral in the northern French city of Rouen, leading to the evacuation of the historic place of worship. The main spire of the cathedral was engulfed in thick black smoke, where renovation work was in progress.

Emergency services and 33 fire engines, with 63 firefighters, arrived at the scene [3]. The cause of the fire is currently unknown, and the area has been cordoned off, leading to disruptions of public transportation in the city.
