UFC fighter Sean Strickland has stirred controversy once again, this time by leaving X. Known as ‘Tarzan’, Strickland has been a magnet for social media disputes due to his outspoken and controversial views. Fans are displeased with his departure, and some are urging him not to leave.

In a recent tweet, Strickland expressed his disillusionment with the current state of society, stating, “The American dream has been replaced with the American greed. Until we as a society go back to tradition, gender rules and simplicity, there is no hope to have a country with dignity. Goodbye x.”

The reasons behind his decision to quit X remain undisclosed. Speculation suggests that his sensitivity towards gender non-conformity and homosexuality may have factored into his departure.

Regardless, his fans are expressing their disappointment. One fan implored Strickland: ‘Don’t leave us!,’ to which Strickland replied:

Strickland’s departure from X comes on the heels of the announcement of a fight for the middleweight title between Adesanya and Dricus Du Plessis. It remains to be seen whether he will return to social media or make his departure permanent.
