A special education teacher at Freehold Intermediate School has been arrested and criminally charged for engaging in a sexual relationship with a student, as announced by Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.
A NJ special ed. teacher at an elementary school has been arrested for sexually assault.
She began sexually assaulting 1of her students earlier in year & is now facing charges for aggravated sexual assault & endangering the welfare of a child.

The accused, 43-year-old Allison Havemann-Niedrach from Jackson (Ocean County), faces serious charges, including one count of first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault and one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
An investigation involving the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office (MCPO) Special Victims Bureau and the Freehold Borough Police Department revealed that the alleged criminal conduct by Havemann-Niedrach began earlier this year.
Havemann-Niedrach was taken into custody without incident earlier this week and is currently being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI), pending a first court appearance and detention hearing in Monmouth County Superior Court.
According to Allison Havemann-Niedrach’s LinkedIn profile, she is a ‘Passionate, results-driven, and sincere educator.’
