This series tracks the 2023-24 squad from the initial auditions and grueling training camp to the thrill of the NFL season. Directed by Emmy Award-winner Greg Whiteley, known for "Cheer" and "Last Chance U," the series provides an unfiltered peek into this iconic franchise.
Under the guidance of longtime director Kelli Finglass, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders expose the personal stories beneath the glamorous uniforms. The series captures the drive, determination, and drama among the cheerleaders and coaches. Making the team is a dream for many, but it's only the beginning of their challenging journey.

"We understood that transparently sharing the journey of our season, along with the emotions, challenges, and joy experienced, is exactly what our fans and viewers would want," said Charlotte Jones, Executive Vice President/Chief Brand Officer and President of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. "This is part of the reason why the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have been 'often imitated, but never equaled' for decades."
The Dallas Cowboys hope the series provides a new, more authentic perspective on what it means to be a DCC. "Just as 'Cheer' made people respect that sport and its athletes in a new way, we want to highlight the impressive skill, technique, and athleticism of the DCC members. Their determination and drive are unmatched."
Although there are no current plans for a second season, the Dallas Cowboys are eagerly awaiting the world's response to the show, hoping for the chance to sign on for more seasons.
