Elon Musk is gearing up to host a town hall on his social media platform X, in support of former President Donald Trump following Trump’s recent conviction [1]. A reliable source familiar with the arrangements revealed to the Wall Street Journal [2] that Musk is collaborating with NewsNation to broadcast the town hall event on X, formerly known as Twitter, where users will have the opportunity to submit questions for Trump to answer.
Additionally, the source disclosed that another town hall event is in the works on X for independent presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
The Manhattan trial on Thursday found Trump guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records related to payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential race. In response to the trial outcome, Musk expressed concern over the consequences, stating that significant harm had been inflicted.
Musk took to his X account to voice his opinion, remarking, “If a former President can face criminal conviction for such a trivial matter — driven by political motives rather than a pursuit of justice — then no one is safe from a similar fate.”
Indeed, great damage was done today to the public’s faith in the American legal system.

Following the jury’s decision, Trump pointed fingers at Joe Biden, denouncing the outcome as “rigged” and accusing the Biden regime of orchestrating the verdict to harm him politically. Vocal in his discontent, Trump labeled the situation a disgrace and a deliberate attack on his character.

“The real verdict will be November 5th by the people.”
