Los Angeles Rams star quarterback Matthew Stafford’s wife says she started dating his backup in college to make him jealous.
On an appearance on the Off the Vine Podcast, Kelly Hall said “I dated the backup to piss him off, which worked… He was the bad boy too. Like Matthew’s so sweet and southern gentleman and all that stuff.”
Hall continued in the interview saying, “The backup was the complete opposite and it upset him.”
“So they lived in the same dorm, ’cause athletes lived in the same dorm, and he would see my car there.”
“At one point he like waited and followed and followed me out and got in my car and wouldn’t get out.”
“I was like, it’s working!”

The internet has, as you can imagine, had more than enough to say about the comments. With users telling Hall she should have taken that one to the grave and remarking about the coldness of her approach.
