IF he was “hooking up” with people who were giving him this drug, then it was by his own fault that he OD’d, the people providing it, being either paid for it or not, still have some responsibility. At the end of the day, it’s still just another washed up actor looking for his next high.
Unless he was held down and injected with the drug against his will, no one is responsible for his death other than himself.
So, is the same measure going to be given to drug dealers? Oh,, no?? then the DA must have loved watching Friends and wants revenge.

If you are present during an armed robbery, and the robbery results in a death, you are tried for murder along with the killer. The same logic applies here. If you supply an illegal substance to someone and they die, you are guilty of murder.
