Actor Jonathan Tucker was hailed a hero in his Los Angeles neighborhood after he helped rescue his neighbor and her children who were victims of a home invasion. The actor promptly noticed that his neighbor's front door was wide open after seeing a suspicious person in their neighborhood and calling the police. Jonathan Tucker acted quickly by entering his neighbor’s home, grabbing the woman's children, and ushering mom and kids out of the house to safety. The police confirmed that the home invader was caught inside the home, arrested and placed on psychiatric hold.
This act of heroism by Jonathon Tucker is increasingly becoming necessary in middle and upper-income neighborhoods, and among TV and movie actors. There has been a growing number of crime reports, such as another actor, Johnny Wactor, being gunned down while trying to prevent a catalytic converter theft from his car. In addition, there has been a significant increase in home invasions among many actors, producers, directors, and executives.
In January, actor Lee Byung-hun, the star of the hit Netflix series Squid Games suffered a home invasion where he lost some belongings in the attack. Earlier, comedian and producer, Lena Waithe also suffered a burglary in which she lost more than $200,000 in jewelry.

Furthermore, on Christmas Eve, Entourage star Kevin Connolly’s L.A home was broken into for a gun and other items, like Keanu Reeves’ Hollywood Hills home where crooks stole another gun. Instagram model Abigail Ratchford was equally terrified when her home was invaded, not excluding rapper Megan Thee Stallion, Hollywood star Tommy Lee, and Kat Von D, whose homes have also been burglarized.
In conclusion, crime continues to spiral out of control in Los Angeles, with many home invasions among actors, which are becoming increasingly worrisome. Celebrities and non-celebrities alike should continue to express concern and demand public officials to act on these criminal activities before it's too late.
