‘Free Palestine’ Protestors Tried To Disrupt An Orioles Game, Fans Weren’t Having It [VIDEOS]

Several fans were ejected from Camden Yards during a game between the Baltimore Orioles and the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday night. The individuals were seen holding “Free Palestine” flags, which prompted security personnel to intervene.

Video footage captured by The Baltimore Sun’s Jacob Calvin Meyer captured the moment when stadium security approached the fans sitting near home plate and directed them to leave the premises. Among the group were three fans, with two visibly displaying their flags as they exited, eliciting a chorus of boos and jeers from onlookers.

In response to the incident, the Orioles issued a statement to The Baltimore Sun, clarifying that the fans were in violation of the ballpark’s policy by displaying political signage and inciting surrounding fans. The statement emphasized that the individuals were not seated in their designated ticketed areas and were consequently escorted out of the stadium.

While Camden Yards does permit signs, the stadium’s guidelines explicitly prohibit content that is deemed “commercial, political, and/or in bad taste,” as determined by the Orioles’ discretion. The policy affirms the team’s authority to remove any banners at their discretion and warns that individuals involved may face ejection from the premises.
