In response to the incident, the Orioles issued a statement to The Baltimore Sun, clarifying that the fans were in violation of the ballpark’s policy by displaying political signage and inciting surrounding fans. The statement emphasized that the individuals were not seated in their designated ticketed areas and were consequently escorted out of the stadium.
The Orioles say these fans were kicked out.

While Camden Yards does permit signs, the stadium’s guidelines explicitly prohibit content that is deemed “commercial, political, and/or in bad taste,” as determined by the Orioles’ discretion. The policy affirms the team’s authority to remove any banners at their discretion and warns that individuals involved may face ejection from the premises.
