Early Thursday morning, employees of Peach’s Restaurant in Bradenton, Florida were in for a wild surprise. As they prepared to open for the day, they found an unexpected visitor: an alligator.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office reported that the gator was spotted waiting near the entrance of the restaurant, seemingly ready to start its day with breakfast. The Sheriff’s Office posted on Instagram, “They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this 🐊 was ready for it when employees found him patiently waiting for them to open the Peach’s on SR 70 this morning at 6 a.m. Deputy Hartley kindly swept him off to a more comfortable wooded area!”
Thankfully, Deputy Hartley arrived on the scene and used a broom to guide the reptile back to a nearby wooded area, ensuring the safety of both the employees and the alligator.
