Sean Parnell recently criticized President Joe Biden for allegedly plagiarizing a speech by Ronald Reagan on D-Day. Parnell pointed out that Biden used almost identical words and phrases as Reagan in his own speech, questioning the media’s willingness to let Biden get away with it.
“Biden has been a lying, plagiarizer, pathological liar his entire life, and yesterday in Normandy was no different,” Parnell asserted. “And the reason why I’m playing this for you is because I played this Ronald Reagan speech as we honor the legacy of those who gave their last full measure, storming the beaches of Normandy and honoring our World War II vets the right way. We played that Ronald Reagan speech as an example of what right looks like. And look at Biden goes and steals it and basically plagiarizes the facts in the order of the facts right, like almost word for word. Listen to this.”
Parnell then played a video showing Biden’s speech, which he claims closely mimicked Reagan’s famous address.
After the video, Parnell reiterated his disbelief. “I’m sorry, it’s like the exact same facts in the exact same order. It is unbelievable to me what the media allows this guy to get away with.”
Parnell’s remarks highlight a broader frustration among conservatives regarding perceived media bias and the lack of accountability for Biden’s actions. By drawing attention to this instance of alleged plagiarism, Parnell underscores the importance of integrity and originality in honoring historical events and figures.
