Controversial comedian and political activist Kathy Griffin has made headlines again with her latest bizarre behavior. Griffin recently admitted to meowing like a cat and mooing like a cow during yoga, claiming that it helps her cope with her Trump-induced post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The comedian, whose career fell apart in 2017 after she posed with a fake, bloody severed head of then-President Donald Trump, revealed in an interview with Vulture that she now practices something she calls “cat-cow yoga.” Griffin explained that she makes animal noises while doing the cat and cow poses during yoga to cope with her PTSD. She stated, “It’s when I get on all fours like a kitty cat, and then I arch my back, and I am instructed by my teacher to say the word ‘meow.’ I feel like a f*****g fool, but I do it… And then I un-arch my back and wait for it. I moo like a cow.”

Griffin has a history of outrageous behavior, including her derogatory comments aimed at conservative figures and her controversial stint as a co-host on CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast. Nevertheless, her bizarre antics during yoga have sparked a wave of backlash and concern from conservatives.

Griffin also revealed during the interview that she has PTSD, which she claims is partly a result of being investigated by the Department of Justice over her infamous bloody photo shoot with a fake, severed head of a US president. The shocking image, which was taken by photographer Tyler Shields, triggered a media firestorm when it was first published online by TMZ in May. According to Griffin, the stress of the investigation, in which she was accused of conspiracy to assassinate the president, led to her PTSD.

Griffin’s recent confession of her strange coping mechanisms has drawn attention and criticism from conservative circles. Her behavior is being interpreted by many as another instance of the extreme and divisive tactics that have characterized liberal activism in recent years. Griffin’s actions have also been criticized for trivializing PTSD, a condition that affects thousands of military veterans who have experienced trauma on the battlefield.

The controversial comedian is scheduled to hit the road with her newly announced “My Life on the PTSD-List” tour. The announcement has sparked debate and concern among conservative commentators and the public, with many calling for her to be held accountable for her actions.

Despite the criticism, Griffin maintained that she would continue her strange yoga routine. She stated, “PTSD is a b*tch, and when I get PTSD attacks, I can’t stop vomiting. So, if I have to meow like a kitty cat and moo like a cow, I’m gonna f*****g do it.” The comedian’s behavior is just the latest in a long line of provocative actions that have landed her in hot water with conservative groups and sparked outrage across social media.
