In a surprising turn of events, Oregon Democratic House candidate Courtney Casgraux has fearlessly confronted her past and is determined to reclaim her sexuality. Casgraux, who was outed as a dominatrix, has openly discussed her experience working at a BDSM dungeon in Midtown Manhattan for as much as $500/hr. Despite facing public scrutiny, she is courageously using this incident as a catalyst to empower her campaign for Congress.

Casgraux, a 41-year-old self-described international businesswoman, aimed to represent Oregon’s 1st Congressional District in the House. Before her political aspirations, she worked as a dominatrix, charging clients up to $500 per hour for her services. However, when a video of her past occupation was leaked online earlier this year, Casgraux was initially caught off guard and experienced feelings of panic and despair.

“I was just panicking…Then I was like, Who did this? And I just started calling every single person that I pretty much knew from my past…I was like hyperventilating, crying,” Casgraux recalled. Despite these initial emotions, she swiftly decided to seize the opportunity to redefine her narrative and advance her campaign.

Casgraux firmly believes that the leakage of this video was an attempt to shame her, which she perceives as an attack on women rather than just a personal assault. She expressed frustration with the current Democratic Party leadership, asserting that they lack strength and have compromised the nation, explicitly mentioning President Biden.

Furthermore, Casgraux voiced her astonishment at the double standards in Congress, highlighting the presence of sex purchasers while sex workers remain marginalized. This discrepancy in the treatment of individuals within the sex industry continues to be a topic of concern for her.

Undeterred by the challenges she has faced, Casgraux has created a Playboy profile to promote her campaign, generate funds, and advocate for her beliefs. Through this platform, she sells risqué pictures of herself and shares her views on various topics, such as the Constitution’s presidential powers, impeachment, and challenges faced by American farms.

Despite the initial scrutiny, Casgraux’s campaign has persisted. While it has received basically zero financial support, about an hour and a half’s work in her previous occupation ($757 from a total of 13 donors,) her tenacity remains unyielding. Alongside her stance on abortion rights and the decriminalization of certain drugs in Oregon, she aspires to make a difference by empowering women to embrace their past and pursue political careers without fear or shame.
